Mr Shaw of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire was in the process of refurbishing a part of his property which involved the removal or large timber windows which were to be replaced with ultra-modern and energy efficient aluminium windows.
He contacted his local suppliers and manufacturers, Clear View, for a quote to remove the original windows and supply and install new aluminium windows of the appropriate dimensions and style.
He selected the Beaufort Advance-Plus with a frame measuring 2785x2815mm, while the glazing was to be 6mm double glazed with a grey tint to complement the aluminium frames.
Thee timber windows were removed without complication and the new aluminium windows installed the same day with minimal disruption to the homeowner.
