Mr Pearse had previously order his new bi-folding doors for his home from another supplier in York, North Yorkshire. But three months on from placing his order the doors had not been installed. They hadn’t even been made or delivered.
He promptly cancelled his order with the previous supplier and contacted Clear View in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
Clear View was able to supply the bi-folding doors he wanted with a lead time of around 10-15 days.
Mr Pearse ordered Clear View’s Schuco bi-folding doors, one of the world’s leading suppliers of large-scale glass constructions and sliding systems. The three doors, and 4mm toughened outer, 20mm argon filled cavity, 4mm low-e inner high efficiency glass, were delivered and installed in the proposed time.
Shortly after the installation of his bi-folding doors in York Mr Pearse contacted Clear View to express how happy he was with the product, service and installation saying his “faith in the industry had been restored” thanks to Clear View.
