10 Year ‘Insurance Backed’ Guarantee on all Door & Window Products

Such is our confidence in the quality of our folding door, sliding door, patio door and window products, Clear View provide an insurance backed ten year parts and labour guarantee. Therefore, if you were to encounter any problems with your door or window products, under most circumstances, we will immediately rectify the issue free of charge.

How to claim your Insurance Backed Guarantee

Once we have fully completed the installation of your products, we will post out your insurance backed guarantee paperwork which you MUST complete and return to the CPA within 28 days to apply for your Insurance Backed Guarantee otherwise you will not be covered.

You must apply for the Insurance Backed Guarantee within 28 days of the installation and once you have paid the invoice. When the CPA has processed your application you will be sent an insurance certificate. Without this certificate you are not insured therefore if you do not receive it within 28 days contact the CPA. In addition, by using a CPA approved contractor, once your project is completed you can guarantee the works undertaken for up to ten years. Clear View Bi-Folding Doors first opened doors over 10 years ago. In this time we have carried out commercial and domestic installations all over the country. No matter the client, the same time and effort is put into every single door and window we manufacture. We are based in West Yorkshire, so when we first started we manufactured and installed windows and doors relatively local, however as time went by our reputation grew and so did the distance of projects. We have just had our new sliding doors fitted from Clearview. We had visited their showroom prior to placing the order, so we were able to see the quality of their doors. Although it’s only now they’re fitted we can fully appreciate the quality. Amanda in sales made the ordering process so easy and helped us throughout to ensure we ordered the correct door. Once we chose the door, Clearview sent out a fitter to get the correct sizes. Six weeks later we now have amazing sliding doors and we are so delighted with them.
